Functional Fitness Group Classes
A total body workout to improve your overall fitness level in just 50 minutes. We use running, body weight, plyometrics, kettlebells, D-balls, barbells, plyo boxes and other functional tools. New athletes start here to build a foundation, generate consistency, and learn what it means to “hustle”. Veterans use this session to get in and get out, hit it hard, and work up a sweat.
PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS
If you are seeking a more private and customized training experience, one-on-one sessions are for you. With this tailored program, you will receive a thorough one hour personal assessment to examine your lifestyle and behaviors while setting performance goals. After the initial session, continue your success with customized workouts and diet plans provided by your personal trainer. In addition, as a health and wellness advisor, through excercise and nutrition we help improve metrics like A1C, Triglycerides, Cholesterol, and Blood Pressure for an improved quality of life.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS
If you are seeking a more interactive training experience, semi-private sessions are for you. with this tailored program, you and a workout partner will receive an extensive one hour personal assessment to examine your lifestyle and behaviors while setting performance goals. after the initial session, continue your success with customized workouts and diet plans provided by your personal trainer.
