Performance and was developed
in order to meet a variety of needs:
- To make personal training affordable to everyone
- To offer challenging classes at three different levels (base, intermediate, and advanced)
- To provide comprehensive workouts which cover all aspects of physical fitness (cardio, strength, flexibility, agility)
Explanation of Levels
Base
Focus is on
learning proper form and building stability and strength while improving
cardiovascular stamina.

Alternate between traditional cardio on a bike, elliptical, and treadmill, and
basic upper and lower body exercises using resistance bands, stability balls,
and weighted balls.

Stretching emphasized to improve flexibility and prevent injury.
Intermediate
Introduction to plyometrics, and speed agility drills.
- Exercises engage numerous muscle groups at one time.
- Moderate impact.
Advanced
Designed to push
you to achieve your maximum potential through the use of sport specific, fast
twitch, endurance exercises.
- High impact
- Must receive approval from A.S.A.P. trainer prior to participating in advanced level class
